FOR WIN7 and VISTA

step 1: Go to C:/ Drive then goto windows folder and then go to system32 folder and then go to Drivers folder and then etc folder. In etc folder you will see the hosts file.

step 2: Now right click on hosts file and click on properties. Now go to security tab and select your admin acount, just below you will see an edite button (in front of change permissions) now give the user full control and write and read rights  and then click on apply and then ok, now you will be able to edit hosts file and save changes in it.

now just do copy past in the host file just like i first and register IDM for free
